We’re Jasmine and Grace, two best friends from London who bonded over our shared passion for living well. Grace is the founder of Agora Health UK, a women’s health and wellbeing platform, and Jasmine is the founder of Body in the City, a brand dedicated to holistic health.
We both love exploring how science-backed solutions, holistic practices, and natural remedies can work together to support our health and wellbeing as busy women navigating the modern world.
That’s how The Healing Equation was born, a safe and welcoming space for women (and everyone) to explore what wellness and healing truly means for each of us. Together, we can learn, share and support one another on our unique wellness journeys.
